Advises government bodies and state-run companies on issues relating to the implementation of sustainable development principles, provides analytical support and is responsible for stakeholder engagement.


Prior to her arrival at TIARCENTER, worked as an external consultant to the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia on issues related to developing small and medium business. Over a number of years headed the Communications Department of one of the largest audit and consulting firms. Among her clients – the Russian Ministry of Transport, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate at the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Service for Labor and Employment (Rostrud), and regional governments. Worked on behalf of large state-run companies including Russian Railways, Russian Post, the federal state unitary enterprise Rosmorport (Russian Seaports), the Moscow Metro and Sberbank.


Studied at the University of Missouri (USA), the Theodor Heuss Academy (Germany), has undergone European Commission training programs (United Kingdom) and the Library of Congress Leadership Development Program (USA). Graduated from Lipetsk State University specializing in French and English.
