Anton Gubnitsyn, CEO of TIAR Center, moderated the meeting held between the Moscow government and the RAEC Sharing Economy cluster. The Department of Information Technologies of Moscow presented its strategy for digitizing Russia’s capital called Smart City 2030. The strategy includes six sections: urban environment, digital mobility, urban economics, business and environment, e-government, human and social capital.
